The foundation of Sherwood Girls’ College goes back to the 1993s.In 1993, A school was established as Akurana Educational Services and then Akurana International School.It was later renamed as Cordoba International School.
Then in 2003, it got its name as Greenwood International School.However a necessity arose to segregate the boys from the girls’ section.
Our society is well aware that our past generation, specially where the girls are concerned to give a more secured environment and thus in November 26th 2013 it was done and went as “Ladies College” which is now declared Sherwood Girls’ College.
The students of Sherwood Girls’ College are so very gifted to study in a school in their own native place in which every part of the surrounding is very well suited to fulfill their requirement.The school itself is well placed in a beautiful location giving a vivid attraction with its large exposure of the playground, comfortable classrooms, a fully fledged library, science and computer labs and an auditorium, in addition to its neat, clean, eye catching compound amidst the tranquil greenery.The qualified teachers serve to the utmost to get the best feedback from their students.
